He is survived by : his wife Frances Macijowsky (Cikovic); his stepmother Ann Marie Macijowsky; his sisters-in-law, Rebecca Macijowsky and Marie Greco; his nieces, Carrie Laboski, MaryAnn Farnsworth and Jeanne Komp; his nephew Andrew Macijowsky; and his cousin Barbara Cianni.
