She was predeceased by: her parents, Pranas Steponas Shimkus and Valeria Theresa Shimkus (Klimaitis). She is survived by: her brother Frank G. Shimkus; her nephew Frank S. Shimkus; her great-nephew Grayson; and her great-niece Noelle.
A Mass will be held on Friday, December 12th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the St. Ann's Basilica Parish (1250 St Ann St, Scranton, PA 18510). A burial will be held on Friday, December 12th 2025 from 11:30 AM to 12:00 PM at the St. Catherine's Cemetery (1247 Drinker Turnpike, Covington Township, PA 18444).
