He was predeceased by: his wife Jeanne T. Sullivan (Schreck); his parents, Edward Sullivan and Wilma Sullivan (Crockenberg); his pet Lola; and his siblings, Dennis (Scranton), Susan Farrell (Waymart) and Michael (Montoursville).
He is survived by: his son Philip (Christine (Ruminski) Sullivan); his grandson Nicholas of Charlotte, NC; his son Matthew (Lori (Drasba) Sullivan); and his grandsons, Connor and Jake of Clarks Summit. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
