He was predeceased by : his wife Delores Fialko Goosley; his daughter Cynthia Marie Colvin; and his brothers, Jake, Gene and James.

He is survived by : his nephews, Joe and C. J.; his children, Robert John (Lynn Pierce) and Lori Ann (Derek Strock); his grandchildren, Jeff X. Goosley and Katelyn M. Colvin; his sister Mary Ann Pacholec (Carl); his pet Rocket; and his nephews, Paul "Happy" Goosley and Sal DeFrancesco. He is also survived by nieces, nephews and cousins.
