He is survived by: his wife Patricia Chaykovsky Condella; his daughters, Lisa Lytle (Brian) and Maria Condella Whitehall; his grandchildren, Matthew and Abigayle Lytle; and his brothers, Frank Condella (Kay) and Joseph Condella (Debbie). He is also survived by wife, his children, his grandchildren, extended family, and the many friends.
