He is survived by: his children, Scott of New York, Danielle Minor of Clarks Summit, Rebecca Matthews of Connecticut and Margaret Scott of Scranton; his grandchildren, Alyssa, Ashleigh Minor and Keiyana Hoaglan; and his brothers, Benjamin Matthews of West Virginia and Kevin Matthews of Honeybrook.
Visitation was held on Monday, September 22nd 2025 from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Lawrence E. Young Funeral Home and Cremation Services (418 S State St, Clarks Summit, PA 18411). A funeral service was held on Monday, September 22nd 2025 at 3:00 PM at the same location.
