With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Farrell Eric Forrest Jr. of Clarksburg, Pennsylvania, who passed away on May 15, 2025 at the age of 81. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
As we bid farewell to this cherished soul, solace is taken in the memories held dear — the laughter shared, the wisdom imparted, the moments of quiet reflection in their presence. Though Farrell Eric may no longer walk among us, his spirit lives on in the echoes of his kindness, the warmth of his embrace, and the light of his enduring love.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Farrell E. Forrest, Sr. and Beulah Hazel Forrest (Wyatt); and his wife Rose Mary Forrest (Rogers). He is survived by: his daughter Sandra Forrest-Casey; his grandchildren, Mariah Unterzuber (Dehn) of North Huntingdon, PA and Brad; and his siblings, Shirley Buxton of San Diego, CA, Nathan of Springfield, MO and David Forrest of Springfield, MO. He is also survived by several great-grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews.
