He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Joseph Spellane, Ralph and Mary Lou Libengood. He is survived by: his parents, Russell Libengood and Debbie Libengood (Spellane) of Clarksburg; his grandmother Jessie C. Spellane of Clarksburg; his uncle Vince J. Spellane (Lisa Flickinger) of Saltsburg; his cousin Brandon M. Bendis of Jeanette; his close friend Dora; and his friend Cooper. He is also survived by many other family members and friends.
