He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas William Baird and Bessie Baird (Shetler); his wife Carolyn Grace Baird (Emanuel); and his sister Cleo McClure. He is survived by: his sons, Jeffrey Baird (Jackie) of Ebensburg and Stephen Baird of Greensburg; his granddaughters, Jordan Baird of Pittsburgh and Julia Baird (Kerry Snyder) of Pittsburgh; and his sister Darlene Mehalic of Tennessee. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
