He was loved and cherished by many people including : his parents, Edward Kozdra and Veronica Kozdra; his close friend Jamie Kay Bradley Kozdra; his daughters, Kristin Gottschalk (Brett) of Norfolk, VA and Katie Weiss (Dan) of Claysville, PA.; his grandchildren, Daniel Meyer (Brittany) of Norfolk, VA, Kyrrah Meyer (Fiancé-Nick Hinson) of Norfolk, VA, Tyler Gottschalk of Norfolk, VA, Peyton Gottschalk of Norfolk, VA, Lucy, Luke, Lia and Lex Weiss of Claysville, PA.; his great grandchildren, Aurora, Nova Meyer and Addie Thiles of Norfolk, VA.; his brother Jim Kozdra of Washington, PA.; and his wife Jamie. He was also cherished by his wife and daughters, his family and friends.

A reception was held on Wednesday, April 10th 2024 from 2:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Warco-Falvo Funeral Home, Inc. (336 Wilson Ave, Washington, PA 15301). Visitation was held on Thursday, April 11th 2024 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the same location.
