It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Paul Eldad Thomas of Claysville, Pennsylvania, who passed away on October 14, 2025, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Isaac Erastus and Anna Mae Thomas (Dodd); and his siblings, Owen Thomas, Martha "Midge" Applegate, Floyd Thomas, Isaac Thomas and Gerald J. Thomas.
He is survived by: his wife Eleanor "Ruth" Campbell; and his children, Pam Shiflett (Hal) of Moyock, NC, Paula Thomas of Claysville, Gregg Thomas of Charlotte, NC, Phillip Thomas (Heather) of Virginia Beach, VA and Doug Thomas of Claysville. He is also survived by 14 grandchildren; and 8 great grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Friday, October 17th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Saturday, October 18th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Rolling Hills Chapel Church (214 T488, Claysville, PA 15323). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, October 18th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A burial will be held on Saturday, October 18th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the Claysville Cemetery (4522 U. S. Hwy 40, Claysville, PA 15323).
