He was predeceased by: his parents, Casmere Ambuski and Florence Ambuski (Prevorice); his wife Jacquelyn Ambuski; and his siblings, Cathy Smith, Pauline Robinson, Edward and Richard Ambuski.

He is survived by: his children, Rosemary Ziehm (Robert) of Lockport, NY, Timothy Ambuski (Sherrie) of Tonawanda, NY, Joseph Ambuski (Kimberly) of Colorado Springs, CO, Samantha Murphy, Melissa Root of Clearfield and Lisa Smith (Khorey) of Belle Vernon, PA; and his sister Bernadette. He is also survived by fourteen grandchildren.

The family suggests that memorial contributions be made to a charity of the donor's choice.
