She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank Boyle and Hilma C. Boyle (Johnson); her husband Lyle W.'Slug'Ogden; her daughter-in-law Vickie Ogden; and her siblings, Madeline Mann, Sara Sherwin, Ruth Derrick, Donna Dodge and Richard Boyle.
She is survived by: her son Richard W. Ogden of Clearfield; and her grandchildren, Corey Kendall (Sara) and Cammeron Ogden. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews and great nieces and nephews.
As a cancer survivor, Mrs. Ogden held the mission of the American Cancer Society close to her heart and was deeply supportive of the local Relay For Life movement. In lieu of flowers, the family suggests memorial contributions be made to the American Cancer Society in her memory. Please include "In Memory of Dorothy Ogden – Relay For Life of Central Clearfield County" with donations, which may be mailed to: American Cancer Society.
