He is survived by : his wife Janet Michaels (McFadden); his friend Church; his children, David Michaels (Wendy) and Amy Heichel (Steven); his grandchildren, Janessa Sago (Scott), Jonathan Michaels (Megan), Emily Richards, Laura Richards, Alicia Polites (Dustin), Alyssa Westover (Aaron) and Ashley Horton (Trevor); his great grandchildren, Anthony Sago, Alex Sago, Dominic Sago, Luke Michaels, Avery Michaels, Gavin Polites, Ella Polites, Jackson Westover, Madelyn Westover, Brynlee Horton and Graham Horton; and his brother Dorce Michaels (Carole).
