He was predeceased by: his parents, Basil Tobey and Mildred Eleanor Moyer (Sharrer); and his siblings, Ethel Jean Ibberson, Bonita Roberts and William Moyer, Jr..
He is survived by: his daughters, Terri Reigle (Seth) of Livverpool, PA, Annie Monoskey (Jamie) of Clearfield, PA and Angelique Sankey of Fredericksburg, VA; his grandchildren, Philip Hill, Jr., Jamie Monoskey, Jr., Mikilyn Sankey, Tristan Sankey and Whitney Monoskey; and his great grandchildren, Jamie Monoskey III and Jameson Max Monoskey.
A graveside service will be held on Thursday, October 23rd 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Umbria Cemetery.
