She was predeceased by: her parents, Raymond Harzinski and Margaret Harzinski; and her brother-in-law Harry "Zip" Rogers. She is survived by: her sons, Bryon Wills (Becky) of Collegeville and Brett Wills (Erika) of Morton, Pennsylvania.; her grandchildren, Brady, Lauren, Alex, Madison and Julie; her husband Bobby; and her siblings, Susan Sherick (Frank), Karen Rogers and Steve Harzinski (Jodi). She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, extended family members, and dear friends.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorial donations be made to Orphans of the Storm, 412 Hill Street, Curwensville, PA 16833, in honor of JoAnn's lifelong love and compassion for animals.
