He is survived by: his wife Karen Kephart (Ogden); his siblings, Millard James Kephart Jr. of Hyde and Carol Lee Gormont of Shiloh; and his stepchildren, Doug Maines, Brian Maines and Mindy Wetzel. He is also survived by eight grandchildren.
