He was predeceased by: his parents, LeRoy Plubell and Leola Plubell (Smith). He is survived by: his wife Andria Plubell (Childs); his daughters, Randee Starck (Sean) and Leann McGovern (Dustin); his stepson Travis Garner (Shelby Almendarez); his grandchildren, Alexys McGovern, Kase Starck, Waylon McGovern and Olivia McGovern; his siblings, Gary Plubell (late Gwen), Gregory Plubell, Gail Stiner (Raymond), Suzette Plubell (Tim Prisk) and Rhonda McGovern (late Doug); and his pets, Karma and Duncan.
Viewing was held on Friday, December 12th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Beardsley Funeral Home & Crematory (113 N 3rd St, Clearfield, PA 16830). A funeral service was held on Friday, December 12th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the same location.
