He was predeceased by: his father James Southard; his grandparents, Edgar'Bud', Caroline Moore, James, Mary Lou Southard, Herbert S. and Mary Ellen Coulter; his uncles, Barry Moore and John Moore; and his cousins, Wendy Zattoni, Jesse Moore and Justin Moore.

He is survived by: his mother Anne Coulter (Moore); his siblings, Cindy Rumery, Sandra Southard, Dusty Hess, Phillip Coulter (Jen) and David Coulter; his nibling Shannon Shaw (family: Shay Shaw, Christian Rumery, Isaac Rumery, Helena Hess, Jeremiah Hess, Sierra Coulter, James Coulter, Abigail Coulter); and his aunt Christine Cutler. He is also survived by many other aunts, uncles, and cousins.
