He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas O'Donnell and Margaret O'Donnell (Litz). He is survived by: his wife Gail O'Donnell (Elensky); his children, Jesse O'Donnell (Sarah) of Hillsville, VA, Francine Shimchock of Clearfield and Kathleen Hawkins (Bobby) of Olanta; his grandchildren, DJ, Gavin, Michael, Phoebe, Ashley, Lindsey, Heath and Reed; his great grandchildren, Kace and Kloe; and his sister Tina Kovalchick (John) of Windsor, CO. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.
A rosary will be held on Friday, October 9th 2026 at 11:10 AM at the St. Francis Catholic Church (212 S Front St, Clearfield, PA 16830). A Mass will be held on Friday, October 9th 2026 from 11:30 AM to 12:30 PM at the same location.
The family suggests that memorial contributions be made to St Jude Children's Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105; or St. Francis Catholic Church, 212 S. Front St, Clearfield, PA 16830.
