He was predeceased by: his parents, Daniel C. Spencer Sr. and Betty J. Spencer (Thomas); and his sister-in-law Kim Spencer. He is survived by: his wife Edna C. Spencer (Macaspac); his children, Michael W. Spencer Jr. and Katrina N. Spencer; and his brothers, Daniel Spencer (Linda) and Thomas Spencer. He is also survived by niece, nephews, and great nephews and nieces.
