He was predeceased by: his parents, Isaac A. Hoover and Audrey J. Hoover (Lippert). He is survived by: his grandchild Claire Elisabeth Hoover of Uniontown, PA.; and his siblings, Andrew W. Hoover (Margaret "Peg") and Debra E. MacTavish (Charles "Chuck") of Clearfield. He is also survived by his niece and four nephews.
