Johnson (White); his children, Ethan Johnson (Chelsea) of Clearfield, Evan Johnson of Clearfield, Rachel Johnson (Gavin) of South Florida and Marc Johnson of Clearfield; his grandchildren, Dean, Warren, Charles and Jack Johnson; his siblings, Pam Farrell (Ray) of Clearfield, Randy Johnson (Lisa) of Clearfield and Anthony D. Johnson of Clearfield; and his uncle Gerry Johnson (Pam) of Clearfield. He is also survived by nieces, nephews and cousins.
