He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert D. Flanagan and Shirley A. Flanagan (Curtis); and his brothers, Robert and Thomas. He is survived by: his children, Robin Enochs of Clearfield, Eric Flanagan (Lacey) of Curwensville and Kimberly Veach (John) of Moore, OK; and his pets, Daisy and Duke. He is also survived by eight grandchildren and three great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
