She was predeceased by: her parents, Albert "Whitey" Werdal and Helen Werdal (Lytle); her aunts, Eleanor Kester and Ethel Mayhew; and her sister-in-law Mary Werdal.
She is survived by: her children, Thomas M. Collins (Kylie) of Clearfield and Amy Bloom (Dennis Michael) of State College; her grandchildren, Patrick, Brett, Hannah, Ryan, Aubree and Emily; her stepgrandsons, Noah and Cooper; her great grandchildren, Amelia and Lochlan; her siblings, Kristina "Tina" Werdal Murray (Greg) of Tyrone and Ted Werdal of State College; and her uncle Keith Lytle. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
