She was predeceased by: her parents, Calvin W. Beegle and Margaret I. Beegle (Smith); her husband Richard D. Smith; and her siblings, Christine Reid, Mary Ann Beegle, Charles "Billy" Beegle, Michael Beegle and Kathy Kovachick.
She is survived by: her children, Tammy Hart (Nathaniel) of Clearville, PA and Clinton Smith (Brenda); her grandchild Taylor Martin (Josh); her sons, Andrew and Alex Hart; her great grandchildren, R. J., Kloey and Nate; and her siblings, Paul Beegle, Jimmy Beegle (Robin), Rusty Beegle (Brenda), Terry Beegle (Trudy) and G. Eric Beegle (Ronda). She is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.
