He is survived by: his daughter Loretta L. (Brian Bennett) of Clearville; his caregivers, Cindy A. Clark of Ohio and Rex A. Clark (H. Lynn) of Clearville; his grandchildren, Crystal (Dave), Cheyenne (Tim), Jason, Kevin (Courtney), Brian II (Brandy) and Brandon; and his great grandchildren, Cody, Cohen, Nevaeh, Brookelynn and Kaley.
