We are sad to announce that, on February 20, 2026, at the age of 71, Janice Ann Mills of Clearville, Pennsylvania passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Francis Serenko and Mary E. "Sis" Young (Swansboro); her granddaughter Madison Paige Dikum; and her siblings, Mary Stegman and James H. Young.
She is survived by: her husband Dewayne "Bill" Mills; her son Scott A. Dikum (Sherry) of Breezewood, PA; her grandchildren, Shandi Brown and Eric Brown; her great grandchildren, Audrina and Rylie; and her siblings, Renae Hunter, Corrinne Richards, Tom Yourich, Frank Serenko and Mark Young. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins and special friends.
