With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Joseph Bowser of Clearville, Pennsylvania, who passed away on August 18, 2025 at the age of 83. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Bowser and Iva Bowser (Eshleman); his wife Luella Bowser (Snyder); his brother John Bowser; and his great grandchild Jaxon Dillon.
He is survived by: his daughter Kim Soistman (Tony); his brother Roger Bowser (Kay); his grandson Cody Dillon; his great grandchildren, Nehiemiah Dillon and Jacob Scott; his niece Hillary Robinette (Daren); his nephew Preston Barkman (Janelle); his pet Bahama; and his sister-in-law Dolly Bowser. He is also survived by many loving nieces, nephews, cousins.
