He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul Gilroy and Edna Murphy Gilroy; and his siblings, Alice Vitovsky, Maureen Conigliaro, Michael Gilroy, Paul and Joseph Gilroy.
He is survived by: his sisters, Susan Williams (Kenny) and Anne Burnett (John). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, November 7th 2026 from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Brennan & Brennan Funeral Home, Inc. (55 Lincoln Ave, Carbondale, PA 18407). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, November 7th 2026 at 3:00 PM at the same location.
