He is survived by: his mother Diane McFadden (Wozniak); his children, Samantha McFadden and Jack McFadden; his sisters, Amanda McFadden (Tom), Monica Bello (Dan) and Haley Fleming (Josh); his nephew Sonny Bello; and his friend Mallori Layden. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles and cousins.
