He was predeceased by: his parents, Clifford Toogood and Elizabeth Toogood; his brother Clifford "Biff" Toogood; and his former wife Karen (Bennett). He is survived by: his children, Alicia (Kevan) and Victor; his grandchildren, Joseph (Carolina), Joshua, Emmy, Andrew, Sadie and Dustyn; and his great grandchildren, Kole and Lacey.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to the Beaver County Humane Society in Brad's memory, an organization that reflects his lifelong love and respect for animals.
