He is survived by: his wife Theresa Janicki Berry; his children, Donald Craig (Cassandra), Heather Hyre and Tammy Mamula; his grandchildren, Olivia, Allie, Madison, Joey, Everly, Ensley and Alexandra; and his siblings, Alan Berry (Carrie), Michael Berry (Lorraine), Susan Dunn (Greg) and Michele Wells.
