She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Milletary and Emogene Bresslar Carnegie Milletary; and her siblings, Carl Milletary, Richie Milletary and Janet Bowland.
She is survived by: her husband David Bove; her children, Lisa White and Dan Noyes (Betty); her grandchildren, Dan Noyes (Jessica), Christopher Noyes (Shannon), Nick Noyes (Holly), Kevin Noyes (Kara), Michael White (Analissa), Joseph White and Lacey White; her great grandchildren, Jacob, Logan, Landon, McKenna, Hunter, Hailey, Matthew, Maverick, Gatlin, Kenzie, Killian and Dominic; her nieces and nephews, Tina Lowrie, Charlie Bowland, Carla Abel and Mark Milletary; and her pet Fluffy.
