He was predeceased by: his parents, John Kuchmanich and Helen Kuchmanich (Naholnik); and his brother Gregory Kuchmanich. He is survived by: his wife Pamela Sue Thomas; his children, Bonnie Holzerland, Barbara Campos (Aaron), Kimberly Holman and Joseph Kuchmanich; and his sister Elaine Pendrick. He is also survived by six grandchildren.
A funeral service was held on Thursday, September 3rd 2026 at 7:00 PM and on Friday, September 4th 2026 at 10:30 AM. The military honors was held on Friday, September 4th 2026 at the St. Tikhon's Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in John's memory to St. Tikhon's Monastery, 175 St. Tikhon's Road, Waymart, PA 18472.
