He is survived by: his son William J. "Jim" Hoffman (Patty) of Amelia, Ohio.; his son-in-law Tom Fitzgerald; and his grandchildren, Tracie Eiler, Micki Sanderson, Todd Fitzgerald, Jason Fitzgerald, Tina Hoffman and Jamie Schlosser.
