He is survived by: his wife Margaret Lezark (Glenn) of Clymer, PA; his daughters, Kristine Strouf Lezark (Scott) of Trimble, MO and Deborah Lezark-Franklin of Wichita, KS; his stepson Loren Taylor (Charlene) of Aurora, Colorado; his grandchildren, Gabrielle Glenn Taylor, Thomas Jefferson Taylor, Kayla, Evan, Rebecca Strouf and Riley Franklin; and his sister Patricia Krentsa (Lezark) of Ontario.
