He was predeceased by: his parents, George Kuzemchak and Wilma Kuzemchak (Dugan); and his sister Cindy Colbert. He is survived by: his wife Donna L. Kuzemchak (Edwards); his children, Fred Kuzemchak Jr. (Jennifer), Jennifer Sleppy (Andrew) and Rebecca Nickerson (Daniel); his grandchildren, Dylan, Jillian, Abagail Cupp (David), Brock, Landen and Bryce; and his siblings, Connie Patterson (Glenn), Cheryl Repik (Mike), Ted Kuzemchak (Nancy) and Ed Kuzemchak (April). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, July 23rd 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM, from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Thursday, July 24th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM. A funeral service will be held on Thursday, July 24th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Christ Our Savior Orthodox Church (6768 Tanoma Rd, Indiana, PA 15701). A burial will be held on Thursday, July 24th 2025 at 3:12 PM at the Christ Our Savior Orthodox Church Cemetery (6768 Tanoma Rd, Indiana, PA 15701).
