Kuzemchak (Edwards); his children, Fred Kuzemchak Jr. (Jennifer), Jennifer Sleppy (Andrew) and Rebecca Nickerson (Daniel); his grandchildren, Dylan, Jillian, Abagail Cupp (David), Brock, Landen and Bryce; and his siblings, Connie Patterson (Glenn), Cheryl Repik (Mike), Ted Kuzemchak (Nancy) and Ed Kuzemchak (April). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
