He was predeceased by: his parents, Albert F. Granato and Alma Linoman Granato; his wife Shirley Hussar Granato; his son David Granato; and his siblings, Ronald Granato, Albert Granato, Alma Jean Ramsdell and Naoni Butchko.
He is survived by: his children, Pamela McClelland of Coal Center, Robin (Mark Marchesini) and Richard Granato of Coal Center; and his sister Shelia Sakalik of Rostraver Twp. He is also survived by seven grandchildren, 1 great grandchild.
