He is survived by: his daughter Colleen Haftman of Charleroi; his daughter-in-law Lisa Truskey (Gary) of Coal Center; his grandchildren, Dr. Lauren Truskey-Longo (Nick) of Philadelphia and Daniel Truskey Jr. (Charhea) of Coal Center; and his sisters, Yolanda Jarouse of Perryopolis and Elizabeth Pfrogner of California, PA. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
