He was predeceased by: his parents, Harry Robert and Alverda Mae Richter Shultz; his wife Shirley Louise Sapp Shultz; his son Charles Shultz; his grandson Charles Robert Fordyce; and his siblings, Darrell "Geno", Delbert, Lester, Irene, Roger, Johnny Shultz, Wilma Adams, Alberta Clark, Barbara Sapp and Florence Pletcher.
He is survived by: his children, Margie Fordyce (Robert) of Coal Center and Harry Shultz of Scottdale; his grandchildren, Kristina Kisko (Andrew), Marsha Bryan (Nathan), Robert Fordyce, Jr. and Aidan Shultz; his great grandchildren, Kayla, Abbygail Bryan, Erynn Kisko, Jacob Fordyce and Alyssa Crowe; and his brother Gregory Shultz (Debra) of Normalville.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests memorial contributions made to the funeral home to help defray funeral expenses.
