He was predeceased by: his parents, John P. Timlin Sr. and Ida Pauline Hall Timlin; his children-in-law, Ed Vercoe and Barb Timlin; and his sisters, Kathryn Rusell, Dorothy Zubritsky and Mary Kent.
He is survived by: his wife Joan Moluski Timlin; his children, Jack (Jeannie Timlin), Patty (Tom Downes), Kathy Vercoe of Roscoe, Terry Timlin of Stockdale, Janet (Ken Santoro) and Jim (Rhonda Timlin); and his grandchildren, Tim, Gary, Abby Timlin, Craig Downes, Erin Arnold, Corey Downes, Jamie Dundr, Ryan Vercoe, Christina Bozarth and Paul Masten. He is also survived by 13 great grandchildren.
A funeral service was held on Friday, July 11th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the St. Sebastian Church (801 Broad Ave, Belle Vernon, PA 15012). A burial was held on Friday, July 11th 2025 at 12:30 PM at the Mt. Calvary Cemetery (525 Dally Rd, Coal Center, PA 15423).
