Machado; her daughter Krystel Schultz (Michael) of Coal Township; her siblings, Joseph D'Agostino (Shirley), JJ D'Agostino of New York, Tommy D'Agostino of New York, Jimmy D'Agostino of New York, Vinnie D'Agostino of New York, Toni D'Agostino Smith of New York and Gina D'Agostino of New York; and her mother-in-law Patricia Machado of Florida. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
