He was predeceased by: his parents, Anthony Edward and Anna Patrick (Hollister); and his siblings, Michael Patrick and Colleen Renn. He is survived by: his wife Darlene Miller; his children, Anthony Zulkowski of Paxinos, Zachariah Zulkowski of Shamokin, William Patrick Jr. of Shamokin, Kyle Patrick of Shamokin, Bridget Patrick and Michelle Patrick; his grandchildren, Cheyanne Zulkowski, Addyson Miller, Shendra, Noah, Maddox, Avery and Griffin; his great grandchildren, Carter Yeager, Wyatt Zulkowski, Aivien Thompson and Jovi; his sister Louanne Sincavage (Mike); and his close friends, Ron Tamecki, Ron Tameck Jr. and Joey Hinchy. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins.
