He is survived by: his wife Kimberly Ann Wortman (Shoener); his stepdaughter Kayleigh Zimmerman; his brother William Wortman (Christina); his grandfather Howard Burns (Diane); his sister-in-law Wendy Balzanna (Scott); his niece Lisa Umstead (JJ); his great-niece MacKenzie Umstead; his great-nephews, Jerry Harrison and Brantley Umstead; his close friend Mike Ross (Virginia); and his pets, Evie and Sadie.
