He is survived by: his wife Denise M. Mottern; his son Jeremiah J. Mack of Coalport; and his sisters, Cindy Bowers of Ridgway and Susan Anastatia of Hamburg, NY..
Viewing will be held on Sunday, October 11th 2026 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the McQuown Funeral Home (2305 Skyline Dr, Glasgow, PA 16644). A funeral Mass will be held on Monday, October 12th 2026 at 1:00 PM at the St. Basil the Great Catholic Church (183 Locust St, Coalport, PA 16627).
