He is survived by: his daughter Justine Crook; his siblings, Mark Crook, Melanie Fleming of Coalport and Sue Oshell (Rick) of Coalport; his brother-in-law John Feigh of Altoona; and his grandchildren, Damain, Delarry, Dominik and Kaleb Zebroski.
