He was predeceased by: his parents, William W. Harlan and Bettie Sharitz Harlan. He is survived by: his children, Bruce Harlan and Diana Harlan; and his siblings, Warren Harlan (Michele Harlan), David Harlan (Valerie Harlan), Jeffery Harlan (Susan Harlan), Beth D'Antonio (Richard D'Antonio) and Raymond Harlan (Charlotte Harlan).
