It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Cecelia Horn of Coatesville, Pennsylvania, born in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, who passed away on July 24, 2023, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by : her parents, Edward Buchy and Celia Buchy (Wootten); her husband Edward R. Horn Jr.; and her siblings, Joseph Buchy, Edward Buchy Jr., Elizabeth Atkinson, Anita McHugh and Judith Wilbanks. She is also survived by 5 children, 8 grandchildren and 6 great grandchildren.
