She was predeceased by: her parents, Mary Brandon Norris and Alfred Alexander Blake; her sons, George Holmes and Alfred Holmes; and her siblings, Sarah Norris, Mildred Dixon, Elsie Gerald, Eleanor Anderson, Dianne Coleman, Alfred Blake, Claude Norris, Benjamin Coleman, George Blake and Arthur Blake.
She is survived by: her children, Reginald D. Holmes (Nancy) of Lebanon, Waverly D. Holmes (Jacqueline) of Coatesville, Pennsylvania, Cassandra D. Holmes of Coatesville, Pennsylvania. and Roxanne E. Holmes (Alvin) of Coatesville, Pennsylvania.; her sisters, Alice Smith of Coatesville, Pennsylvania and Jeannette Chase of Coatesville, Pennsylvania; her in-laws, Daniel Holmes, Ollie Holmes, Harriet Tibbs, Sally Holmes and Sheila Holmes; her close friends, Cynthia Thomas and Janice Jackson; and her caregiver Denise Holmes. She is also survived by twenty-two grandchildren, thirty-six great-grandchildren, and nine great-great-grandchildren.
